EIGHT players win the first Premier League award of the 2026/27 season.
You can vote on the winner of the August 2026 EA SPORTS Player of the Month award, which has eight nominees. Fans, you have until Monday, September 7, at 12:00 BST, to select one player from the following shortlist. Visit the EA SPORTS website to select your winner.
The winner, who will be announced on Friday, September 11, will be chosen by combining the votes of the public, a group of football experts, and the Premier League captains.

Both Cole Palmer and João Pedro, who play for Chelsea, are on the shortlist for August Player of the Month. Additionally featured are Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes, Arsenal defender Ricardo Calafiori, and Manchester City’s Rayan Cherki. Additionally, Yoane Wissa, a striker for Newcastle United, has a spot.
Mamadou Sangaré, a recent addition to Brentford, and Konstantinos Tzolakis, a recent promotion from Hull City, are two prominent names.
Manager Sergej Jakirović is one of four coaches vying for the Manager of the Month award, which is a testament to the Tigers’ stellar start to the season. Alongside the Hull manager are two newcomers, Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca and Chelsea’s Xabi Alonso, as well as Mikkel Arteta of Arsenal.
On Monday, September 7, the winners will be revealed.
