The 2022–23 NBA regular season saw an impressive increase in scoring, especially among the league’s top players.
This season, 15 different NBA players combined for 25 50-point games, which is the most since the early 1960s. The obvious suspects—including previous MVPs Stephen Curry and Giannis Antetokounmpo—along with other superstars like Joel Embiid, Luka Doncic, Damian Lillard, Devin Booker, Jayson Tatum, and Anthony Davis—were responsible for these scoring explosions.
