India vs England 4th Test: Will Karun Nair play in the 4th India vs England Test?
The fourth Test of the five-match series between India and England is scheduled to begin in Manchester on July 23. India needs to win this Test in order to stay in the series, since they are currently behind 1-2. Jasprit Bumrah stated that he will only play three of the five Test matches in the series; hence, India would be worried about his availability for this match. In the two games he has played, he has taken 12 wickets, including two five-wicket hauls, demonstrating his excellent form. If Bumrah is unable to play in this match, forgotten India batsman Ajinkya Rahane has recently implied that India has the ideal substitute.

Kuldeep Yadav deserves to participate as well.
In addition, Ajinkya Rahane stated that Kuldeep Yadav ought to be included in India’s starting lineup for the fourth Test match against England. The left-arm leg spinner’s capacity to claim wickets at pivotal moments is the reason behind this.

Kuldeep should play, in my opinion, depending on the wicket’s condition. You need players who can bring you those wickets; thus, Kuldeep should play if the wicket is comparable to the previous three Test matches. Our batting lineup is performing admirably. It’s acceptable even if you score 25–30 fewer runs.
With former England captain Michael Atherton suggesting that India should bring in three spinners—Kuldeep Yadav, Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar—in the playing eleven and go with just two pacers, it needs to be seen whether the team management subscribes to the idea.

Captain Shubman Gill has been the backbone of India’s batting this series. With over 600 runs already to his name, including multiple match-defining innings, Gill will continue to anchor the middle order at No. 4.
Yashasvi Jaiswal is set to continue at the top of the order. After a stunning knock in the opening Test, he has struggled to convert starts in recent matches. India will be hoping for a return to form from the aggressive left-hander.
KL Rahul has looked solid and composed, adapting beautifully to the opening role. His technique and temperament have provided much-needed stability at the top, and he is expected to retain his spot.
