WrestleMania 33 is just around the corner for the WWE. The groundwork for the show has been laid and fans will start to see things come to fruition on Sunday night, when the 2017 WWE Royal Rumble takes place at the Alamodome. The big match of course is the Royal Rumble and it will feature none other than The Undertaker.

This arguably could be the most star-studded Royal Rumble match in history. With several future Hall of Famers and superstars competing in the event, it could go a variety of ways. One person with great odds to win the Royal Rumble and main event WrestleMania 33 in Orlando is the aforementioned Undertaker.

WrestleMania has become synonymous with The Undertaker and the legend will ultimately one day end at the biggest stage in the WWE. The question right now is whether or not WrestleMania 33 will be the last for The Undertaker.

The best guess right now would be that if he were to hang it up, WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans would be a great place to do so. That’s where his winning streak ultimately came to an end at the hands of Brock Lesnar.

He even showed up to the press conference to announce next year’s event in New Orleans. That would serve as quite the indicator that this event in Orlando this year is certainly not going to be his last one.

At the age of 52, The Undertaker’s time in the WWE might be running out.

With his many Mania moments, his epic Mania win streak, and to being a major part of the grand spectacle for over two decades now, The Undertaker is one of a few men who are considered the greatest WrestleMania performers of all-time.

According to the report, Taker’s health issues were at the forefront for WWE’s creative team this past week backstage, especially after Taker took a huge spear from Roman Reigns that resulted in The Deadman walking around backstage in a lot of pain.

The Undertaker is one of the greatest of all-time in this business, there is no denying that.

However, quite frankly, it’s now time for The Undertaker to hang up his boots and ride off into the sunset as one of, if not the, most loyal Superstars in the business and one of the greatest that the industry has ever seen.

While most fans will probably get physically ill from the thought of Taker being retired by Roman Reigns, it’s the best thing for Taker right now and could possibly sky-rocket Reigns as the top heel in the company, if that’s the direction WWE decide to go in.
