Sixteen teams are in South Africa for the 15th edition of the @ICC Under 19 Men's Cricket World Cup from 19 January to 11 February.

Here’s the complete guide to the ICC Under-19 World Cup 2024.

The ICC Men’s Under-19 Cricket World Cup 2024 will start on January 19 in South Africa. The tournament will last for a month and feature 16 countries playing 41 matches over 24 days. The final match will be held on February 11. On January 19, the first match will be a double-header with the USA competing against Ireland, and hosts South Africa playing against West Indies.

India, the defending champions, are expected to attract considerable attention as they compete for their sixth title win. The team is led by Uday Saharan, a right-handed top-order batter from Punjab. Saharan previously captained India in the U19 Asia Cup. They reached the semi-finals but were defeated by Bangladesh, who became the eventual champions.

The competition has also produced players who have gone on to become legends in the game at the global level.
