Player of the Season 2025-26: Eight nominees but only one can win. Who gets your vote as the BEST performer of the campaign?
The EA SPORTS Premier League Player of the Season nominees for 2025–2026 have been revealed. The trophy will be given to the player who performed the best throughout the 2025–2026 season on May 23.
Mohamed Salah won the most recent POTS award after leading Liverpool to the 2024–25 championship. The previous five winners of the award have all played for the eventual Premier League winners that season. But this time, the Egyptian gets left off of the eight-player list of nominees.

The lone prior winner among the 2025–2026 nominees is Erling Haaland. Will one of the other seven players win the POTS award twice, or will the Manchester City striker become only the sixth man to do so?
Three stars of Arsenal’s title-challenging side – Gabriel, David Raya and Declan Rice – have been nominated, along with Manchester City duo Erling Haaland and Antoine Semenyo, plus Brentford striker Igor Thiago, Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes, and Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White. But who gets your vote?
Fans have until 12:00 BST on Monday 18 May to vote for your favourite. The votes of the public will be combined with those of a panel of football experts to decide the winner, who will be announced next week.
