Tottenham Hotspur has completed the loan transfer of 19-year-old attacker Mathys Tel from Bayern Munich. However, after two and a half seasons and nine Bayern starts, he has yet to realise his full potential. Tel joins a Spurs squad that enters Thursday’s League Cup semi-final second leg at Anfield with a 1-0 advantage, is still in the Europa League and FA Cup, but is 14th in the Premier League.
