Edouard Mendy, Mohamed Salah, and Sadio Mane made the top three for the CAF Men’s Player of the Year award.

The CAF Awards’ final list of nominees has been narrowed down. On July 21, 2022, at 9 p.m. CAT, Rabat, Morocco, will host the CAF Awards 2022.

For the title of male Player of the Year, Senegal’s Sadio Mane and goalkeeper Edouard Mendy will compete against Egypt’s Mohamed Salah of Liverpool.

In the women’s division, Zambia’s Grace Chanda will face off against four-time champion Asisat Oshoala of Nigeria and Cameroonian Ajara Nchout Njoya.
