Greaves, one of the greatest Spurs legends and their top goal scorer, scored an amazing 266 times on the way to winning two FA Cups and the Cup Winners Cup in 380 games for Spurs. Greaves finished in 1963, 1964, 1965, and 1969 as the top League goalscorer.
He is undoubtedly one of the best Tottenham players of all time. His record of finishing top goalscorer for six seasons has never been matched and he is still a welcome figure around the club to this day. With his 266 goals from 381 appearances, Greaves remains Tottenham’s highest ever goalscorer.
2) Danny Blanchflower:
Danny Blanchflower, the legendary captain of the double-winning side of Spurs, is one of the most popular players of all time, not only at Spurs but in football history.
He is Signed by Aston Villa for £30,000 in 1954, Blanchflower went on to play 384 competitive games for the club, lift the FA Cup twice, the Cup Winners Cup, and the league title, and gain 50 caps for Northern Ireland before retiring in 1964.
