Today Delhi Dynamos lock horns with Atletico de Kolkata in an Indian Super League (ISL) football match at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Delhi Dynamos are leading the table with 16 points and can open a four-point lead if they manage full points against Atletico de Kolkata, the only team who has defeated them this season.
Delhi are in red hot form as they are unbeaten in their last four matches – winning three and drawing one. Kolkata on the other hand are fourth with 12 points from eight games. Delhi’s dominance this season reflects from the fact that they have managed to find the back of the net 16 times this season. No other team has managed to even score 10.
Atletico de Kolkata are coming into this game after an agonising defeat against FC Pune City when they conceded a goal at the end. Coach Jose Molina was disappointed with that result but has had enough time to work with the team. “Losing to Pune was not good for us but that’s football.

HALF TIME: It was a stop-start end to the half. Atletico de Kolkata did some good work in the first half, they countered the Delhi press with some high octane football, they used the pace of Doutie and his intelligence well. Hume made some good runs and finished well for his goal.
The second half gets underway and the hosts will be under a lot of pressure to turn the tables in the ISL 2016 contest. Delhi make a change as Niasse, not hundred percent, makes way for David Addy.
