Champions Trophy 2025: Here is the list of the players who are injured and not part of the trophy this year.

Jasprit Bumrah and Mitchell Starc are among the latest players to be ruled out of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. Starc and Bumrah represented Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The ICC Champions Trophy begins on February 19.

While Jasprit Bumrah was unable to recuperate from a back spasm suffered during the fifth Test against Australia in Sydney, Mitchell Starc withdrew due to an ankle injury and personal reasons.

Notably, Australia has been hit the hardest as a team, with five players who were originally named to the squad for the blockbuster event ruled out. Prior to Mitchell Starc, injuries forced Pat Cummins, Mitchell Marsh, and Josh Hazlewood to withdraw.

Josh Hazlewood (Australia) – Hip injury

Anrich Nortje (South Africa) – Back injury

Jacob Bethell (England) – Hamstring issue

Saim Ayub (Pakistan) – Ankle injury

Gerald Coetzee (South Africa) – Groin tightness and hamstring injury

Allah Ghazanfar (Afghanistan) – Spine fracture
