The Blues had a number of players vying for honors in their various categories, highlighting how well both the men’s and women’s teams had performed throughout their seasons.

Following a sensational season for Bayern Munich, Robert Lewandowski was named the first winner of the Best Goalscorer of the Year title.
In 40 games for the Bundesliga winners this calendar year, the Poland international has scored 51 goals in all competitions. Following their achievement in the Champions League last season, Chelsea has been named Best Club of the Year. The Blues are off to a solid start this term, too, as they sit top of the Premier League with 30 points from 13 matches.
