England trio Phil Foden, Jadon Sancho, and Mason Mount have all been included in FIFA’s final 20-man shortlist for the 2019 Golden Boy award.

The governing body first released a 40-man list last month, which included six Premier League youngsters, but now that has been cut in half to a final 20.

The list, made up of the best Under-21 players from across the European leagues, also includes the likes of Barcelona’s new superstar Ansu Fati, Atletico Madrid’s £107m man Joao Felix and Manchester United transfer target Erling Haaland.

Danyell Malen, Vinicius Jnr, Matthijs de Ligt and Everton’s Moise Kean are four more, as a star-studded line-up was revealed on Tuesday.

Felix is the overwhelming favorite following his big-money move to La Liga in the summer, and the winner will be announced in Turin on December 16.

De Ligt, who is nominated again, picked up the award last year, before reaching the Champions League semi-final with Ajax and moving to Juventus in the summer.
